Phishing attacks are one of the slanting cyber-attacks that apply socially engineered messages that are imparted to individuals from expert hackers going for tricking clients to uncover their delicate data, the most mainstream correspondence channel to those messages is through clients' emails. Phishing has turned into a generous danger for web clients and a noteworthy reason for money related misfortunes. Therefore, different arrangements have been created to handle this issue. Deceitful emails, also called phishing emails, utilize a scope of impact strategies to convince people to react, for example, promising a fiscal reward or summoning a feeling of criticalness. Regardless of far reaching alerts and intends to instruct clients to distinguish phishing sends, these are as yet a pervasive practice and a worthwhile business. The creators accept that influence, as a style of human correspondence intended to impact others, has a focal job in fruitful advanced tricks. Cyber criminals have ceaselessly propelling their techniques for assault. The current strategies to recognize the presence of such malevolent projects and to keep them from executing are static, dynamic and hybrid analysis. In this work we are proposing a hybrid methodology for phishing detection incorporating feature extraction and classification of the mails using SVM. At last, alongside the chose features, the PNN characterizes the spam mails from the genuine mails with more exactness and accuracy

Breast carcinoma is a sort of malignancy that begins in the breast. Breast malignancy cells generally structure a tumour that can routinely be seen on an x-ray or felt like a lump. Despite advances in screening, treatment, and observation that have improved patient endurance rates, breast carcinoma is the most regularly analyzed malignant growth and the subsequent driving reason for malignancy mortality among ladies. Invasive ductal carcinoma is the most boundless breast malignant growth with about 80% of all analyzed cases. It has been found from numerous types of research that artificial intelligence has tremendous capabilities, which is why it is used in various sectors, especially in the healthcare domain. In the initial phase of the medical field, mammography is used for diagnosis, and finding cancer in the case of a dense breast is challenging. The evolution of deep learning and applying the same in the findings are helpful for earlier tracking and medication. The authors have tried to utilize the deep learning concepts for grading breast invasive ductal carcinoma using Transfer Learning in the present work. The authors have used five transfer learning approaches here, namely VGG16, VGG19, InceptionReNetV2, DenseNet121, and DenseNet201 with 50 epochs in the Google Colab platform which has a single 12GB NVIDIA Tesla K80 graphical processing unit (GPU) support that can be used up to 12 h continuously. The dataset used for this work can be openly accessed from http://databiox.com. The experimental results that the authors have received regarding the algorithm's accuracy are as follows: VGG16 with 92.5%, VGG19 with 89.77%, InceptionReNetV2 with 84.46%, DenseNet121 with 92.64%, DenseNet201 with 85.22%. From the experimental results, it is clear that the DenseNet121 gives the maximum accuracy in terms of cancer grading, whereas the InceptionReNetV2 has minimal accuracy

The file attached to this record is the author's final peer reviewed version. The Publisher's final version can be found by following the DOI linkAssociation rule mining (ARM) aims to find out association rules that satisfy predefined minimum support and confidence from a given database. However, in many cases ARM generates extremely large number of association rules, which are impossible for end users to comprehend or validate, thereby limiting the usefulness of data mining results. In this paper, we propose a new mining algorithm based on Animal Migration Optimization (AMO), called ARM-AMO, to reduce the number of association rules. It is based on the idea that rules which are not of high support and unnecessary are deleted from the data. Firstly, Apriori algorithm is applied to generate frequent itemsets and association rules. Then, AMO is used to reduce the number of association rules with a new fitness function that incorporates frequent rules. It is observed from the experiments that, in comparison with the other relevant techniques, ARM-AMO greatly reduces the computational time for frequent item set generation, memory for association rule generation, and the number of rules generated

Plants are recognized as essential as they are the primary source of humanity's energy production since they are having nutritious, medicinal, etc. values. At any time between crop farming, plant diseases can affect the leaf, resulting in enormous crop production damages and economic market value. Therefore, in the farming industry, identification of leaf disease plays a crucial role. It needs, however, enormous labor, greater preparation time, and comprehensive plant pathogen knowledge. For the identification of plant disease detection various machine learning (ML) as well as deep learning (DL) methods are developed & examined by various researchers, and many of the times they also got significant results in both cases. Motivated by those existing works, here in this article we are comparing the performance of ML (Support Vector Machine (SVM), Random Forest (RF), Stochastic Gradient Descent (SGD)) & DL (Inception-v3, VGG-16, VGG-19) in terms of citrus plant disease detection. The disease classification accuracy (CA) we received by experimentation is quite impressive as DL methods perform better than that of ML methods in case of disease detection as follows: RF-76.8% > SGD-86.5% > SVM-87% > VGG-19–87.4% > Inception-v3–89% > VGG-16–89.5%. From the result, we can tell that RF is giving the least CA whereas VGG-16 is giving the best in terms of CA

A Machine Learning Way to Classify Autism Spectrum Disorder

    No full text
In recent times Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is picking up its force quicker than at any other time. Distinguishing autism characteristics through screening tests is over the top expensive and tedious. Screening of the same is a challenging task, and classification must be conducted with great care. Machine Learning (ML) can perform great in the classification of this problem. Most researchers have utilized the ML strategy to characterize patients and typical controls, among which support vector machines (SVM) are broadly utilized. Even though several studies have been done utilizing various methods, these investigations didn't give any complete decision about anticipating autism qualities regarding distinctive age groups. Accordingly, this paper plans to locate the best technique for ASD classi-fication out of SVM, K-nearest neighbor (KNN), Random Forest (RF), NaĂŻve Bayes (NB), Stochastic gradient descent (SGD), Adaptive boosting (AdaBoost), and CN2 Rule Induction using 4 ASD datasets taken from UCI ML repository. The classification accuracy (CA) we acquired after experimentation is as follows: in the case of the adult dataset SGD gives 99.7%, in the adolescent dataset RF gives 97.2%, in the child dataset SGD gives 99.6%, in the toddler dataset Ada-Boost gives 99.8%. Autism spectrum quotients (AQs) varied among several sce-narios for toddlers, adults, adolescents, and children that include positive predic-tive value for the scaling purpose. AQ questions referred to topics about attention to detail, attention switching, communication, imagination, and social skills
